Our current lead time for customers is 4-7 working days and 8-10 working days for our trade customer orders. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

INTERNATIONAL shipping update: As of 29/12/2020 Royal Mail (and Parcelforce) services to Europe have been reopened and are now fully operational.

Our lead times may change unexpectedly due to the effects of Covid-19. We will do our absolute best to keep this information as accurate as possible, but please be aware these may be subject to change

SHOP UPDATE : As we are now in Tier 5, we have again had to temporarily close our lovely Brick Lane shop.

BREXIT: Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown on our website. The buyer or recipients of the EEP orders are responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering. First and foremost we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well in this continued period of uncertainty. We are in close contact with our printers, production partners and courier services and are monitoring the situation carefully. Communication is key in times such as these and we will continue to update you with any changes to our operations if and as they arise. As a company we are committed to making the right decisions in line with the government guidelines for our staff, customers and artists. Please be assured we are taking every precaution to keep our lovely staff as safe as possible as they continue to work.

FAQs

Is your order turn around still 2-5 working days? No. Due to the very challenging situation in which we all find ourselves, we have had no option but to extend our lead times. As you may know, we are having to follow some very strict rules to ensure that our staff are kept safe in the workspace, amongst these are maintaining set distances and wearing appropriate PPE. At present we find ourselves in the difficult situation of not being able to add any further staff without compromising these rules, and this in turn places limitations on what we can achieve in a given day. These limitations along with the current increased demand from the consumers means we have no choice but to extend our lead times on production. 

Our current lead time is 4-6 working days. 

Is your shop on Brick Lane still open?  In line with the government guidelines for the second lockdown we have temporarily closed our Brick Lane shop. Stay tuned to our social media channels for news when we can reopen our doors. 

Are you still posting out Limited Editions from the shop? Yes, however for the safety of our staff and to work with the new timetable of our local post office we will be sending out limited editions at a reduced frequency. You will be notified by a member of our customer service team if this will affect your order.

What measures have you put in place to protect your staff? Our in house office team is currently working remotely. Our shop is now closed but we will still be posting limited editions at a reduced frequency of once a week on a Monday. East End Prints is supplied by out of house teams where the following steps are being taken to keep all workers as safe as possible as they continue to provide a great service:

  • Working stations are positioned in excess of the guidelines of 2m apart.

  • Cleanliness is paramount, with all the cleansers and sanitisers on hand.

  • Staff members spend break times apart.

  • Cleaning of equipment is continuous that includes any toilet areas and kitchen area.

  • If a staff member shows any signs of illness outlined by the COVID 19 guidelines, they are not to come to work.
